Furthermore, I am one of the few attorneys in central Ohio who is certified in the use of the BAC DataMaster breathalyzer machine. I also own one of the machines and perform my own studies on the accuracy of the machine in certain circumstances.
I am certified in the administration of roadside Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. In addition, I have also recently passed the ARIDE (Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement class) test, which enhances my ability to provide clients with advice and guidance in drunk driving cases.
