With more than thirteen years of trial experience, including six years as a Licking County assistant prosecutor, I know how to uncover the important details that can mean the difference between winning and losing your case. Much of my law practice involves motor vehicles in some way. I represent people who have been injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents because of the negligence of other drivers, and in some cases, by drunk drivers. I also represent people who have been charged with drunk driving (officially called OVI in Ohio, but also referred to as DUI, DWI, or OMVI).

My experience in both prosecuting and defending drunk drivers gives me a unique perspective. I know which moves the other side may make in your case. This puts me in a better position to protect your interests. Furthermore, I am one of the few attorneys in central Ohio who is certified in the use of the BAC Datamaster breathalyzer machine. I also own one of the machines and perform my own studies on the accuracy of the machine in certain circumstances.  I am also certified in the administration of roadside Standardized Field Sobriety Tests
